Trama Viva was born from the desire to bring nature into small, everyday gestures.
This pack of two coasters are created entirely by hand, from the raw wood to the final design, respecting the slow pace of artisanal work and the natural beauty of each piece.
It's made from natural poplar wood, cut and shaped by me one piece at a time. On it, I've stamped my own floral designs of tulips and daisies, two simple flowers full of symbolism: presence, calm, and life flowing on. Each illustration is designed to complement the wood grain, not to hide it, which is why each coaster is different and unique.
Its clean, balanced shape is designed to protect your table while accompanying everyday moments: a morning coffee, an afternoon tea, a quiet conversation around the table. It feels light, warm, and natural to the touch, with a soft finish that invites you to use it without hesitation, every day.
Made from natural wood, these pieces benefit from careful attention. If they get dirty, simply wipe them with a slightly damp microfiber cloth and let them air dry. They don't need much water or dishwashing liquid; caring for them this way, they'll last a long time, maintaining their beauty and original texture.
These coasters are for people who appreciate thoughtful details, for homes where natural elements have a place, and for those who enjoy surrounding themselves with simple yet soulful objects. They also make a beautiful and thoughtful gift, one that speaks volumes without words.
Approximate measurements of each coaster:
8.5cm high x 9cm wide
Since each piece is handmade, stock is limited. If an item is unavailable, the creation time is usually around 7 days , the time needed to work the wood carefully and meticulously.
Each piece is finished without harsh varnishes, respecting the wood's natural texture. As it is a handcrafted product, variations in grain, tone, or pattern may occur: small differences that are part of its charm and history.

🪵 About the products
What type of wood are the products made of?
I work with two types of wood: recycled wood (rescued from pieces that were going to be discarded) and high-quality plywood, carefully selected for its strength and finish.
Are they treated or protected against moisture?
Yes, all my products are varnished with a specific varnish that protects them from moisture and everyday use.
Can I wet or clean the products with water?
Yes, you can clean them with a slightly damp cloth, but not regularly. Although the varnish is water-resistant, wood is still a natural material and sensitive to moisture.
What care do wooden products need?
None that are special. They're already treated and ready to last. I just recommend keeping them away from excessive humidity and direct sunlight to preserve their color and texture.
Are they handmade products? Can they have slight variations?
Yes. Although some cuts are done with lasers, all designs are created, adjusted, and reviewed by me. Therefore, each piece has its own personality and may have slight variations that make it unique.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, but it's not recommended to keep them in constant contact with water or humidity. The varnish protects, but wood always prefers dry places.
Are they safe for children or for children's use?
Some products are designed for children, but others, due to their size or composition, are best kept out of their reach.
Can the colors vary from the photos?
Yes, there may be slight differences. Wood has natural grain and textures that cause each product to absorb color differently.
Can I customize the product (name, color, shape…)?
Yes, almost all products can be personalized. You can choose the name, color, or even the shape. I love tailoring each piece to your vision.
Do you use ecological or sustainable varnishes, paints or oils?
I currently use quality varnishes and paints, and I am in the process of evaluating more ecological and sustainable options for future collections.

How can I place a custom order?
You can contact me directly by email, through the contact form, or via WhatsApp. The more details or photos you send me, the better I can tailor the design to your needs.
How long does it take you to prepare a custom order?
It depends on the type of order. Normally between 3 and 7 days, and up to 2 weeks if it is a large order or a special request.
Can I see a preview photo before shipping?
Yes. I always send photos of the process: before, during, and after. I like you to see how your order is taking shape.
Do you have a minimum order or minimum quantity for customization?
No, there is no minimum order.
Do you accept large orders or for events?
Yes, of course. I can adapt the design, quantity, and deadlines to your needs.

It depends on the courier company. I work with Correos and Correos Express, who manage the delivery times.

Which transport company do you use?
Correos and Correos Express.

How much does shipping cost? Is there free shipping above a certain amount?
Shipping costs are generally €6, but if your order total is over €30 shipping will be free .
What happens if the package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all?
If something goes wrong, I'll cover the cost. I always look for the best possible solution for the client.
💳 Payments and refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment by card, bank transfer and cash if the order is delivered in hand in my area (Madrid - Segovia).
Can I return or exchange a product?
Only returns of damaged or non-personalized products are accepted.
Are returns accepted on personalized products?
No, personalized products cannot be returned once made unless they are damaged by and solely by the merchandise team.

Contact me directly to review the case and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
How do I request a return or refund?
I will personally guide you through the process step by step, depending on the type of order.
🌿 Sustainability and values
Where does the wood you use come from?
Made from reused wood, recovered from pieces that were going to be thrown away, which I now give a second life to.
Do you use recycled or sustainable materials?
Yes, whenever possible I reuse materials and reduce waste in the workshop.
How do you contribute to responsible consumption?
I am constantly improving to make the most of every piece of wood, reduce waste, and promote more conscious consumption.
Why choose handcrafted products instead of industrial ones?
Because craftsmanship is a way of life. I believe in the value of creating something unique with my hands, through slow and careful processes, where each piece has a soul. No two creations are alike, and that's what makes it special.
